Currently, all sales are final. We are not accepting any returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged from transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange, you must email us within 5 days of the date you received your order. If you need to return your item, email us at email@example.com and send your item to: 103 Bay Street Westerly, RI 02891 United States. Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
